For a savoury pancake grated chedder cheese and spring onion always goes down a treat. Then a sweet and simple lemon juice and sugar sprinkled pancake to follow tops it off nicely! |

Like Ange from Folkestone, our family prefers oranges on our pancakes. We sprinkle sugar on top of the pancake, add juice from an orange and also put some of the flesh of the orange on too - absolutely delicious! |

I don't use lemon as it's too sour for my sweet toothed husband, he prefers orange, squeeze an orange on top of your pancakes instead of lemon - they'll love it! |

Pancakes wouldn't be as amazing to me unless they were smothered in chocolate. Chocolate sauce is fine, but the real thing (melted) would be perfect. If you want to feel better about this decision, then chop a banana into it * nuts and ice-cream aswell if you are having a bad day! |
